RealCycler® kits are based on Real-time PCR. They are the ideal products for the performance of highly specific and sensitive tests. Just add the DNA/RNA of the sample and place it in the thermocycler. The user manuals are user friendly, in order to make the performing of the techniques and the interpretation of the results easier.  In addition, we provide users with the BioVisor RC software which facilitates the interpretation of results and the quantification of samples.

RealCycler Monotest T

Detection of bacteria, bacterial resistances, viruses, parasites and fungi with real-time PCR

RealCycler® Monotest T kits allow the detection of bacteria, bacterial resistances, viruses, parasites and fungi through Real-time PCR. They are ready to use: just add the DNA/RNA purified from the sample and put it into the thermocycler.

Quantitative tests:  RealCycler products allow the quantification of pathogens. In order to do so it is necessary to use calibrator kits supplied separately. The BioVisor RC software allows to obtain directly quantitative results from the T-COR 8 data. To do so it is essential to use BioVisor RC, since this instrument does not have the quantitative calculation as standard.

RealCycler Monotest T kits are exclusively designed for laboratories with a T-COR 8 instrument. 

The combined use of the RealCycler reagents and the T-COR 8 instrument allows to perform 8 different tests independently, with real time monitorization and random access (without needing to wait for the runs to finish). RealCycler products manage to minimize the time needed for the reagents preparation.

For this reason they are the ideal products for the laboratories where it is essential the obtention of fast results, such as emergency services. They also minimize the costs due to the time wasted on the handling of reagents.

RealCycler Universal

Detection of bacteria, bacterial resistances, viruses, parasites and fungi through real-time PCR

RealCycler® Universal kits (30/60 tests) allow the detection of bacteria, bacterial resistances, viruses, parasites and fungi.

The amplification mix includes everything needed for the reaction, including the internal control CHIC. The reagent comes prepared. It is not necessary to make mixes, calculations or dilutions. Just add the DNA/RNA purified from the sample and put it into the thermocycler. 

RealCycler products allow the quantification of pathogens when they are used in combination with the corresponding calibrator kit.

In addition, we provide users with the BioVisor RC software, which facilitates the interpretation of qualitative and quantitative results.

RealCycler Universal kits are the ideal products for laboratories with high or very high workload, that aim at minimizing the costs due to the time wasted on the handling of reagents.

RealCycler Chic-Out

Detection of bacteria, bacterial resistances, viruses, parasites and fungi with real-time PCR

RealCycler® Chic-Out kits allow the detection of bacteria, bacterial resistances, viruses, parasites and fungi.

They include everything needed for the reaction. The Internal control CHIC is an independent reagent which is added to the sample for monitoring the purification of DNA/RNA.

RealCycler products allow the quantification of pathogens when they are used in combination with the corresponding calibrator kit.

In addition, we provide users with the BioVisor RC software, which facilitates the interpretation of qualitative and quantitative results.

RealCycler Chic-Out  kits are the ideal products for laboratories with high or very high workload, that aim at minimizing the costs due to the time wasted on the handling of reagents, and at the same time require to monitor the efficiency of the DNA/RNA extraction system by using an extraction-amplification control.
