Products to use in combination with RealCycler line 

RealCycler® line allows the detection and quantification of multiple pathogens and the study of bacterial resistances. All the products of this line are available in three formats depending on the necessities and equipment of the user: RealCycler Monotest, RealCycler Universal-Generic and RealCycler Chic-Out


RealCycler products allow the quantification of pathogens when they are used in combination with the corresponding calibrator kit.


RealTyper® kits allow the simultaneous detection of mutations and polymorphisms in the human DNA. They are based on Real-Time PCR and it  just requires to add the sample DNA and put it in the thermocycler.


In addition, we supply users with softwares which ease the interpretation of results both for RealCycler and RealTyper products

Detection of bacteria, bacterial resistances, viruses, parasites and fungi by Real-time PCR

RealCycler® Universal kits (24-30 tests) and RealCycler Generic kits (48-60 tests) allow the detection of bacteria, bacterial resistances, viruses, paresites and fungi. 

The amplification mix includes all you need for the reaction, including the internal control CHIC. The reagent is dispensated completely prepared, it is not necessary to make mixes, calculations or dilutions. Just add the DNA/RNA purified from sample and put into the thermocycler.

Detection of mutations in the human DNA by Real-time PCR

RealTyper® kits allow the detection of polymorphisms in the human DNA. They are based on Real-Time PCR.

They consist of one or various tubes ready to use: each tube allows the detection of 1 or 2 polymorphisms simultaneously. Just add the sample DNA and put it in the thermocycler.

The RealTyper kits are the ideal products to use for a rapid and specific genotyping test. They analyse mutations and polymorphisms most frequently related to different pathologies or response to a treatment.

They are recommended as first method of genetic study, given that they allow directly to diagnose a great number of patients in a rapid and economic manner. They are also useful for the screening of asymptomatic population.
